Senior Pastor Rev. Jeff Perkins
Pastor Jeff joined our leadership team in the summer of 2003. Jeff married his wife, Kathy, in 1983 and they have two children, Amanda and Evan. He graduated from Warner Southern with a BA in Pastoral Ministries and earned a masters in Pastoral Ministries from Moody Graduate School. Pastor Jeff planted the Westside Community Church in Apopka, FL in 1987 which he pastored for 16 years. While in Florida, Jeff was a pastoral coach for the Central Florida District for the Church of God. Associate Pastor Rev. Kevin Willis
Pastor Kevin joined our leadership team in the Spring of 2000. Kevin married his wife, Verneta, in 1987 and they have two children, Brandon and Ashley. He graduated from Olivet Nazarene University with a BA in Church Music/Christian Education. Kevin began his service in full-time ministry in 1989 as a Music and Youth Pastor in Michigan. Prior to joining us, he spent 8 years as the Associate Pastor at Crossroads Church of God in Milwaukee, WI. Youth Pastor Brett Talley
Pastor Brett Talley joined our leadership team in the summer of 2005. He and his wife, Courtney, have been married since 2004. He graduated from Anderson University with a degree in Christian Ministries. Brett enjoys playing, writing and recording music. He also loves church softball. It is Brett’s passion to be a part of a youth ministry where the students take ownership and one that disbands the myths of Christianity and shows students what it truly is to be a follower of Jesus Christ. click here to email Pastor Brett
Children's Pastor Rev. Barbra Carney
Pastor Barbra joined our leadership team in the May of 2006. Barbra married her husband, Dave, in 1988 and they have two daughters, Amanda and Rachel. She graduated from Warner Southern with a BA in Church Ministries. Barbra comes to Mt. Sterling from Lansing, Michigan where she served for three years as their children's pastor. Her passion is to bring as many children as she can into an active relationship with Jesus Christ, give them a firm foundation to build their faith upon, and help them learn how to spread the great news of God's love everywhere! click here to email Pastor Barbra
